1. Purpose & Scope

This policy governs refunds and cancellations for all accredited online vascular ultrasound courses offered via www.abcvascular.com (the “Courses”). It applies to individual buyers, institutional buyers (e.g. societies), and bundle purchasers. By enrolling in a Course or bundle, you agree to this policy.

Summary

2. Cooling-Off Period & Unused Access

  • You may request a refund within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that no course content has been accessed (i.e. no login, modules, or assessments started).
  • The request must be submitted in writing (see Section 6).
  • Once any content is accessed, the purchase becomes final and non-refundable.

3. Refund Eligibility & Exclusions

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The learner claims the Course “didn’t meet expectations.”
  • Any portion of the Course has been viewed.
  • The request is after the cooling-off period.
  • The reason is personal (schedule changes, lack of time, insufficient credits, “not worth it”).

Refunds may be granted only if:

  • Duplicate purchase (proof required).
  • Technical failure verified by support, not resolved.
  • Accreditation revoked after advertisement.
  • Bundle/Institutional exceptions (see Section 4).

4. Bundles & Institutional / Society Purchases

  • No refunds once access codes, slots, or accounts are provisioned.
  • If no access has been granted, a refund may be requested within the cooling-off period.
  • Once any learner in the bundle has logged in, no refunds apply to the bundle.

5. Cancellation Before Activation

If you have purchased but not yet activated your account, you may cancel within 7 days → full refund.

6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

  1. Email info@abcvascular.com with subject: “Refund Request — [Course Name/Bundle]”.
  2. Include:
    • Full name
    • Order number/transaction ID
    • Date of purchase
    • Reason for request
    • Evidence that no content was accessed (if applicable)

  4. Review within 10 business days → decision notified.
  5. Approved refunds processed within 14 calendar days via original payment method.

7. Refund Refusal & Appeals

  • We reserve the right to refuse requests outside policy or with evidence of access.
  • Refusals will include explanation and right to appeal to management.

8. Modifications & Exceptions

  • Policy may be updated; website version is authoritative.
  • Exceptional cases (force majeure, system outages) may be handled at discretion.
  • Learners with disabilities/access issues assessed case by case.
